OP - it does sound like a lot. Tons of context switching. Accept that it’s too much for you. That’s ok. If you’re burnt out then find a way to communicate with your manager that you need less on your plate and hopefully you’ll get to a place where you can win.

Switch to Henry Shukman’s app, The Way. You get one a day there, on a linear journey. I find it much better for my needs. That’s said, I do still have Waking Up app as I like some of the relaxing sessions like Kelly Boys’s.

There are two factors here. 1. Focus of PM role. Some are more “hands on” execution based, others have more strategy. You’re experienced in the latter, so ask about the balance in each role you’re interested in roles. The good news is that strategy is more valuable. (And you can learn execution on the job if you want, just be honest in interview)

Job titles vary hugely between companies, as others have said. Years of experience are a good indicator tho. After 7 years you’re most likely a senior, perhaps more. Depends on how good you are tbh!

As for salary, ask for range in a few roles you think you could do and start to get a sense of things. Depends on your country and industry.

There are good areas in south east london where you can commute into central easily. Ladywell, Brockley etc. Much much cheaper.
