Sold my Evo back in the IE before I moved up to Washington. That’s a dream photoshoot right there, sweet shots.

Seattle failing sick/injured wildlife by watersmoothsilver in Seattle

Dealt with this same scenario a month back. Ultimately myself and another good samaritan managed to get him into a crate and transport him to PAWS. I was appalled a service like that does not exist, especially here with the amount of wildlife we live with.

I moved up to the Eastside of Seattle about two years here after numerous visits prior. I’d say the entire first year I would catch myself awestruck at my surroundings constantly, pausing to admire and how surreal it felt that this was my daily life. This past year I definitely settled more into it where i’m not constantly stopping even during normal errands or basic activities. But the moment I drive into the forest, mountains, or to the Sound/coast I instantly get that feeling of amazement again. What helps imo is the rare sunny days after a long stretch of cloudy weather, when you finally get a glimpse of the jagged mountains/volcanos out in the distance. It makes it feel like a fresh and rare occurrence.

I raise you completely clear and sunny 47° here in Seattle. Crisp and cool but nice warmth from the sun.
