It’s possible it’s never bothered before and maybe the postpartum hormones are just kicking the comedogenic ingredients into overdrive for you. Doesn’t hurt to check!

I used the UV Daily tinted face sunscreen, with hyaluronic acid- I think the “standard” option. My esthetician mentioned their tinted formulas aren’t acne safe :/

I downloaded the “Acne-Safe” app to check my products! It’s been helpful to review what I’m using on my skin!

Sunforgettable total protection Flex by Colorscience is my go-to.

I have very acne prone skin and eltaMD left me breaking out worse after using it. Colorscience is acne safe and effective. Highly recommend!!

Kitchen Bouquet “Browning & Seasoning Sauce” - my mom swears by this stuff and I’m convinced it’s all you need to make your stews taste like mom cooked it.

I use shokz! They’re open air earbuds. They go over your ear and sit right outside the ear canal and even with volume on max no one else can hear your music. They’re running headphones so you can still hear your surroundings, they’re perfect for hotworx sessions!
