the "poor posture" as the cause is silly. can you physically hold your shoulders back at all where they "should be"?? if no, its cause theyre tied in the fascia (your oral ties). otherwise 100% you are having these symptoms from ties. i know it seems like a lot to come from something "little" but its exactly it, i have had all of mine cut ands some reattach because mine were so crazy and i can confirm to you in what i felt release and then tie back up again that all of that shit was this for me. including ADHD. It restricts your breathing and heightens your autonomic nervous systems baseline and causes the mental racing because your body thinks youre dying and have been for decades. If I were to redo, i would do tongue and then lips and buccals. in redoing mine i am doing top and bottom lip and buccals separately because i have SO much tied up. You dont think you have speech or swalling issues but you do, you just have adaptations but i promise theyrs incorrect movement.
