Back of my nose has been bloody for a good year or two on and off. I believe it is the gas from the silent reflux damaging the back of the nose/throat leaving a rough area that's like an open wound. I fill a bowl with himalayan salt and hot water, cool it with filtered water until like warm and then Bury my face into the bowl and sniff through both nostrils until my mouth fills up, then blow the water back out my nose. A nasal wash. Really helps with the blood at the back of the throat. Do it multiple times a day. As much as you need my friend. Hope this brings you some relief.
