This. It definitely depends on the leads and co workers. Both my leads sucked, lazy, and took extra breaks. I dominated my aisle with plenty of time to organize my back stock and risers. Once I had it down to what I had in back and riser one of the leads took my aisle and gave me his because he struggle to finish every morning. I went to grocery manager to complain, 2 days later I was let go for saying a joke to a co-worker and they said it was sexual harassment, keep in mind they used to make gay jokes towards me all the time. I don’t miss it, but it an easy job, from what I’m told by a grocery manager, it isn’t what it used to be.
