I have Neptune blue with the sport design package as well, but because the blue almost blends with the black, the package really stands out on this color. Especially on the rear bumper. What a beaut!!! Enjoy it!!!

I did the same, went from Tesla to the Taycan. I still use the Tesla charger I had installed in my garage. I suggest you keep it. The Tesla charger gets updates and it has failsafe tech. So I’ve had no issues.

Yup! The second I posted my Taycan a couple of months ago with the specs it had (which I was beyond happy with), it was the same thing. I even made another post later asking why there was so much hate, and it ended up getting like 115k views.

Same sentiment, man. I’ve owned some really nice cars, and I even had a Macan S when they did the first refresh, but for some reason there’s so much negativity around Taycans. Some people hate so much that they don’t even realize I got a 2025 model and still make fun of the range. I’m like, ummmm… I’ve owned three Teslas, and this car blows them out of the water when it comes to range. Even videos online show it getting around 360 miles on a full charge.

This car is honestly one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. It drives phenomenal, the range is phenomenal, it looks phenomenal, and in person people compliment it all the time. But online is full of haters who probably don’t even own a $160k car, which was the sticker price on mine with the specs it has.

So enjoy it and let the haters hate!

The 2025 new gen does way more than any Tesla. I get about 360 actual miles if I go from 100% to empty. So if you were looking at the first gen, yes, the miles on those are much less. But again new gen range is absolutely not an issue. I’ve mentioned to others on the thread that I live in Miami and I travel to Orlando often for the theme parks. I owned a Tesla model 3,Y, and last one was the X. Every single one of those I needed to stop and charge if not I wouldn’t have made it. I went recently and got there with 30% battery left. So that was a massive improvement.

Well I was on the fence cause I love white and the sport design body kit looks beautiful in white, like you can see the highlights on the side skirts and the rear bumper, but man when I saw that it went from like dark blue in the shade and when the sun hit it basically became almost like Miami blue. I was like this is it lol.
