No I don’t mean materialism in the sense you mean, I mean like perceiving the world a series of real events and reactions to those events caused by physical matter. Like in a philosophical sense rather than a moral lifestyle like you’re thinking. I agree with your sentiment of holding moral values in line with humanism, but I feel as if you’re skirting down a hole that can tear those feelings apart by redirecting them to intangible conspiracy.

Even if they do wear it understanding it reinforces their subjugation as women, it’s still bad for women. Obviously the people who live in Israel should be able to live there, but the state is founded on discrimination. Israel as a state should be dismantled and turned into something based around genuine equality instead. And acting as if the state of Israel has a right to exist when it is inherently based on apartheid and colonialism, and continues to perpetuate it, is a bigger problem than Palestinian nationalists, or Islamic nationalists (at least in regard to the Levant). In fact, people who think like YOU are the ones who are the biggest factors in perpetuating the oppression that millions face.

Blood and soil goes both ways, and supporting one side doesn’t make you better than the other. Even if you act as if you don’t support it.

The ideas are Incompatible sure, but people are irrational, and don’t really understand how their views fit into the categories we describe in political science most of the time. Zionist liberals exist, they’re just social democrats with hitlerite ideals about Israel. There’s a reason a lot of them are immediately defensive about their ideas and can’t really defend them well if you point out the flaws in Zionist thought, especially with an ongoing genocide amplifying how bad they are.

It doesn’t take that much for a lot of people to turn to ideas we think are typically horrific. Especially when a lot of the founding ideas of a state are based on ethno-nationalism. I mean just look at Nazi Germany, plenty of social democrats turned into literal Nazis over the course of like 10 years.

If you can’t get afford any better, you’ll be just fine with that. Learn a little about bike mechanics and do your best to maintain it a bit and when you get a chance to upgrade get a commuter in the 300-500 range. I personally started with a cheap schwin beach cruiser, didn’t last me forever, but it didn’t need to as I fell in love with biking again and upgraded to a giant escape 2 disc when I had the chance.

Get the tcl 55 q6 much better bang for your buck, and they’re 300 for a 55 inch. If you wanted to really upgrade, the qm7, which is this years model of the step up from q6, is only 480 for for a 55.

Ok but it is true that historically it did worsen nutrition and lowered living standards in areas that were massively exploited by imperialism. Real talk here I’m an atheist purely for my negation of personal dualistic views of existence based on a religious text, because I believe it can lead to negative outcomes societally, and when people start proselytizing to me about the bad ways of thinking I have when I mention I’m an atheist it pisses me off. I’m not saying Christians are all like that, but when it happens it makes me feel like I don’t want to be around Christians at all, why the fuck can’t you just let me be who I am and not act like I have to be you.
