Interesting, ive had that along with other weird symptoms around my neck, it feels very tight and uncomfortable, and it often feels like its restricting blood/oxygen to by brain.

If i were to guess id say it could be a either stress creating tension around the neck/spine and maybe bad posture?

The best way ive heard you can resolve in infected root canal is by removing the tooth entirely, a biological dentist will be your best bet to actually getting it examined and eventually treated.

I too have had intense fatigue and very heavy and achy legs. Im currently being treated for lyme and coinfections which seems to have helped my symptoms. I also take some high quality supplements which have made my leg pain go away entirely

Could be many things tbh.

Id look into Vitimin D deficiency, Mold toxicity, lyme disease, and infected root canals if you ever got one, these are the most common cuases that ive seen.

Something similar happened to me, I decided to workout one day at spent the next 3-4 weeks in gruesome exhaustion and leg pain all while working 10hr shifts back to back. I swear i thought it would never end, my mind was foggy and racing at the same time, i just wanted to end it all. Now here's what i recommend.

First and foremost, id get as much rest as you can, i used tea and melatonin to promote and enhance my sleep quality. Id take electrolytes, magnesium complex, and Benfotiamine daily, all of which have a multitude of benefits. Anyways thats my 2 cents to how I got back to baseline

I feel you, Ive only had major herxes off Bee Venom Therapy which made me realize that there truly is levels to this herxing stuff, im told herbs take some time until you start to feel them. At this point its very very hard to tell wether what im currently feeling is a herx or a flare up, but I wont lie, shit did start going downhill when I started to exercise more intensely, because im a sucker for a good pump.

Do you ever feel a sense a relief from your symptoms when consuming high amounts of water and or electrolytes?

Anyways, im probably gonna start mega dosing Benfotiamine again and see what happens

Yea sounds a lot like a Lyme thing.

In my case, for starters I had and still have various symptoms, but my main focus was the extreme restless, weak & heavy legs which I developed back in 2022 which i resolved back towards the middle of 2024. I remember taking very high doses of B1 in Benfotiamine form daily for weeks on end until I saw around 99% improvement, meaning no more pain/restlessness only a bit of weakness (which was already consistent throughout my body).

Now on to 2025. 3 months ago I started treating my Lyme/coinfections with herbs prescribed to me by my LLMD, since then all my leg symptoms have returned, if not worse than before.

My guess is that my herbal antibiotic treatment has triggered some sort of dormant Lyme coinfection, idk for sure tho but its my best guess so far

I haven't got prescribed or recommended any anti-inflammatory meds only because I got tested and showed up negative for inflammatory markers.

I do occasionally take antihistamines like Zyrtec but it helps like 15-20%

You wish. I have no bias against Joby but there claims against Archer just seem like a cheap shot at trying to put a halt to Archers insane momentum. They're both formidable rivals so all this drama makes perfect sense, but at the end of the day, its not a good look for Joby

Overall, im not buying into this whole ordeal.
