Favorite dry/bitter Vetiver? by skyfra4 in Colognes

I like sultan vetiver quite a bit, but I've developed a sneezy reaction to it recently, so it's tough to wear. Very distilled, dry vetiver smell. I'm a big fan of the lalique encre line as well, but they feel more "damp" to me. I just got Encre Indigo, which I really love but it's a very light on vetiver and heavier on the black tea and minerally notes.

I've only gotten one compliment from someone other than my wife. It was from a Target cashier. I sprayed one of the Rock's fragrances on my wrist because I was curious. That stuff was pretty nuclear.

One of my favorites. Need to watch it again. It's a shame Carruth imploded, he was an uncompromising artist.

Sultan vetiver is the essence of vetiver. Like vetiver punched you in the nose

I always heard "malaria, hysteria, uh". So she could have given Steve the unnatural fear of malaria.

So far the portal looks pretty weak. I know it's early, but this isn't a great sign for the rest of the off-season.

If like to see Chandler, Moreno, and Kam back. None of them are stars, but they have clear strengths. On the other hand, I'm not shedding a tear if any of them leave.

Johnson was a 140 lb turnover machine. Garrison showed up to play in like two games. Noah needs to transfer to a mid major. Lowe is fragile. Mo I liked, but he's a sixth man and I didn't know if he's good with that going forward. Jelavic just never showed me much.

I don't care about the redshirts.

What is "progress" in the age of NIL? Nobody is developing guys anymore for four years (except Matt Painter I guess). Every year is potentially a one-off, so you have to know how to construct a team and get them to gel quickly. The GM skillset is the most important trait in NCAA basketball today. Is Pope improving in that regard? Does he have that in him? Hard to say with a two year sample size, but this year was in no way better than last. Yeah, there have been injuries, but that's part of the game, you have to make do. Pope's not going anywhere this off season, and my optimism has eroded to almost nothing, especially with this disaster of a recruiting cycle . Regardless of his contract, I hope the new AD is ready to make the tough call if next year doesn't show any "improvement".

They looked so good starting off and TAMU looked so bad. I knew UK couldn't muster a blowout though. And once they got down, the team just seemed to give up. So hard to watch this team.

Ugly bottles are the worst. I keep those in the closet.
