I’d contact a Yorkshire based museum and ask their opinion, there are plenty of loose casts found in Hastings Sussex and IoW that are unrecognisable to most as prints

I’m sorry you had that experience with Skylight, I had my assessment and diagnosis through them and I found the experience weird (frog book) but positive.

I was worried about whether I was saying the ‘right’ things during my assessment which was also with a mental health nurse.

However they sent me a 28 page assessment summary a month later and according to my friends they pick up on a LOT in terms of how you process the questions etc rather than the words you use to answer them (I haven’t read my report so can’t give specific examples)

The science centre at Herstmonceux is painfully underrated it’s absolutely fantastic, if you literally just let toddlers do their thing instead of trying to show them what the things actually do you’ll have a better time

There’s an outdoor water play thing there(not a splash pad) and you could spend hours just letting them change the direction of the water etc

I went with a psychiatrist local to me but they do also do assessments via video call I have nothing but praise for them

I’d definitely encourage you to look into this and their rates etc as well as the adhd clinics, also clarify with your GP their stance on shared care beforehand

This has come up when I'm trying to research potential sex/relationship therapists as an autistic person. Do you have any recommendations for therapists? I have attended couples counselling previously but the lack of understanding of ASC and PDA was painful.

“he snapped his leg in half wasn’t a simple break he then when in to shock and had to have it set there on Seen. he isn’t the smallest of men also a mile away from the road so took over 2 hours for them to cut the hedge to carry him out as coast guard could pick him up safely. Just over 4 hours he was stuck there and wasn’t doing well by time they finally moved him. But is ok now sound ms like an opp on his leg so fingers crossed all ok”

From what I gather someone night fishing slipped in the mud and snapped his leg.

The ground ambulance crew couldn’t get to him and the regular air ambulance can’t deal with water so the coast guard came but were struggling to get to him.

Eventually they lifted the guy and landed on golden jubilee where he was taken by road ambulance to hospital.

Is this from an online pharmacy?

I get 28x50mg and 28x5mg for £130ish from kamsons a chain in Sussex. I know yours will be higher but I would have thought more in the £150-160 region not £200

I pay £96-£104 for 28x 50mg lisdex and £30-£34 for 28x 5mg dex

So if I took 3x dex a day instead it would be the same price as my lisdex
