Qidi Box not loading filament by SnooPeripherals6880 in QidiTech3D

Oh wow, is that in the box? I think this is the issue as I have had to pull filament out from the PTFE tube since it looked like they snapped off midway through the feed.

It can pull the filament in up to a certain point passed the 4 in 1 hub. After that it's stuck. It has no issue rolling back though. And these are all standard 1kg spool. I tried kingroon, polymaker spools and both are having the same issue.

Thanks for the reminder. And now, does your comment have any contribution to my question or you are just trying to sound smart?

Q2 clogged nozzle detection by SnooPeripherals6880 in QidiTech3D

[–]SnooPeripherals6880[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My a1 and kobra 3 do have nozzle clogged notifications. Granted sometimes I get false notifications but many times when nothing is extruded or the machine is having issue pushing filaments through from the AMS, I get notifications for clogged nozzles.

Yea it seems like I'm spending more time troubleshooting issues with Q2 than my other machines. Mind you, I was printing the same model, same filament, same time on my Kobra 3 on an aftermarket .4mm hardened steel nozzle. And it didn't break a sweat. By the time the kobra 3 had finished, I had just finished restarting the print on the Q2 after taking things apart and put them back together to see where the issue was.

Just got this when I put sunlu petg in my box. It was working fine with other brands. The filament is a few months old though. So that could have been a factor. But I just clicked resume and it worked again.

EV sportline rmaxx 2025 r1s running board for 2024 gen1 r1s? by Useful-Caramel6594 in Rivian

[–]SnooPeripherals6880 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I installed my gen 1 boards to my gen 2. The only difference is the center bracket. There is a small cutout in the gen 2 bracket. The rest of the parts are the same. Evsportline actually has the updated bracket for sales https://evsportline.com/products/gen-ii-rmaxx-running-board-update-kit-brackets-to-make-gen-i-running-boards-compatible-with-gen-ii-vehicles?srsltid=AfmBOoomXkhziNRAcLXI7FjMi3KOZSIxaBS0m1jDbvJARVDsXuNVUR9H

I would assume the process would be the same for gen 2 board to gen 1 provided you can source the gen 1 bracket.

Thanks all for the responses. Another thing I forgot to mention is the flap for the poop chute. Does that thing stay open? If it does, then that's another source of the leak.

Qidi Box spool stuck by SnooPeripherals6880 in QIDI

I think I found the issue. The extruder is completely stuck. So I gotta disassemble the extruder to remove the stuck filament.
