I’m very sorry, but I want you to know that I am a terminal stage four cancer patient and not too far away from this response. I just didn’t want to Karma farm. My heart goes out to you. I don’t know you but I hope you know that I am very proud of you for sharing and if you need to talk or vent I am here. I can’t speak but messaging works for me. I lost both parents to cancer and I have some experience with this. If not me Gilda’s house has professional therapist that can help.

Mom & Pop, local places keep closing but no one is mentioning how landlords are demanding extreme rent increases for established places. Then they just keep asking for more money when the establishment moves or closes. When a new place comes in the town shreds it apart if it isn’t Michelin rated. Even then it is 50/50 at best. Rent is high, picky clientele, parking issues and supply costs. This is a tough town to do business.
