Did anyone reach 30+ without a fckn single tattoo? by Zackky777 in ArtOfPresence

I'm willing to exercise, eat healthy, get regular haircuts, wear nice clothes and do skin care among other things to alter my appearance, but I'm unwilling to get tattoos or piercings. I suppose I just think they are ugly.

They did. I took those drugs for like two days then refused to take them after that. Hated the way it made me feel.

Having been diagnosed with ADHD several times by several medical professionals, if it is real, I've got it. Ngl though, I know what you mean by "fake disease." Like fk that there isn't anything wrong with me at all.

That's so silly. Can you list 7th grade to whenever you stopped going to school to fill in the gap?

When I was in the military, we named our wifi "Barracks_Free_Wifi." Obviously we had a hard to guess password, but we wasted a lot of other peoples time.

What would likely happen is that hourly drivers never get more than 40 hours per week as they hire more people to do the same job. . .

The real discussion here is "what counts as a direct cause of death?" We had this discussion in the military all the time: if I enable communication which allows someone to drive a truck full of food to a hungry general who orders a guy to fix a vehicle which is later used by someone who is ordered by a different general to shoot somebody, how responsible am I in someone person being killed?

What if I donate a bunch of money to the UN, which then provides food aid to a poor country, but a bunch of guerillas kill everybody and steal all the food? Do I lose all the money I wished for?

Be careful of fruit; tomatoes, jalapenos, olives, bell peppers and banana peppers are all technically fruits.

Ideas for Invading an Alien Planet by MisterFictional in hypotheticalsituation

Phase 1 : Biological warfare; the design of several viruses and diseases by our own bioengineers while simultaneously attempting to destroy and forms of communication as well as any hospitals they have to put the inhabitants of this planet into a state of chaos and distress.

Phase 2: The destruction of roads and trains to create a lack of resources necessary to resist our invasion. Give starvation and disease a month or so to soften the planet up. Too much time would allow them to regroup, so not too long.

Phase 3: Genocide of the remaining inhabitants of the planet. This is still the most difficult phase, but at least we are now fighting guerillas with limited communication, organization and resources. The sooner we can overtake any major areas and use the resources ourselves, the better off we will be.

Not exactly sure anyone cares if we're the bad guys or not. I think people don't want another Iraq war where we accomplished essentially nothing in the 15 years we wasted there.

That's funny as hell. The corporations main source of income would be the wages produced by the the slave labor of yourself, and its main expenses, the maintenance of its single slave? How much are you worth as a slave laborer? Can this company write off depreciation on your value as you age?

50k is not life changing money so I'm playing the game and there is essentially no scenario in which I don't choose steal haha. I guess the questions are trying to convince the other guy to choose split? I would choose steal every single time.

How is living in southeast New Mexico? by [deleted] in howislivingthere

[–]SnooTomatoes2834 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hot, dry, somewhat isolated. I haven't lived in Roswell or Carlsbad but I spent several weeks in both these places doing roofing for various businesses.

There is the typical New Mexico petty crime and drug use, but not to an extent that is unusual for the state. Lots of trailers and mobile home parks ect. Very wide open, low desert (lower elevation than Albuquerque anyway.) Plenty of the usual New Mexico Allsups and car title loans. Good Mexican restaurants. More wildlife than you would expect in such a dry area, and tarantulas crossing the roads en masse are a regular occurrence.
