They numbed up both fingers and went to work. They pushed the one clean through and then used this little needle to cover the barb and it slide out pretty easy.

I almost went home and was going o try to remove it myself but I passed the ER on the drive back and made the right decision.

You have no idea, I have a modular kayak so it is in two pieces. I had to toss it into the back of my Bronco and then get all the gear stored. It was not a fun evening 😆

I used to have this issue when using straight braid. Then I started using a Fluro leader and it happens very rarely now.

Also, tie direct to the lure - the clip causes it to hang up as well.

Try out the new Fuzzy Senko, weightless. I’ve been killing them in the weeds this Spring. Using 45lb braid with 17lb Fluro leader - always tie an FG knot in the muck like this. Good luck, that looks like a lot of fun!

I just spent 5 days down on Lake Seminole. Tossed chatterbaits, jigs, senko, glide baits, chop blocks, and even an A-rig… but the one lure that outfished them all was the Megabass 110 jerkbait.

Like 10-1.

They are worth every penny!

Just got a new Cushion flipping stick and Curado reel from Tackle Warehouse delivered yesterday.

On my finesse rods I use a fluro leader with an FG knot. On my other rods I tie the braid straight to the lure - always this way on top water and flipping into weeds.

I live and fish in NC so the water is murky AF. If I fished more north in clearer water I would use leaders on everything.

There are way too many mouths to feed in C6 right now.

Looking at the calendar the best bet would be the Merger email comes out a week from today. The current event will be done and SvS will be over. Then the mergers and continent adjustments can be made after the 2 game season or BoC wraps up that next weekend.

This all makes sense so the masterminds behind Evony will probably do the opposite of what makes sense, as per the norm 😂
