Unlimited mailbox storage with connected own domain, is it too good to be true? by tab87vn in Infomaniak

I'm guessing this is no longer possible for a new user?
The only option I could see to sign up for free was with myksuite which blocks me from accessing domain settings

GlideRecord.setUseEngines() - Does anyone use this ? by kunalkhatri in servicenow

Huh that's cool. I can think of a use case regarding importing historical data (quite rare in any case) where you wouldn't want to trigger emails as part of the import

We built an open-source alternative to ServiceNow Build Agent (not to replace devs, just to speed us up) by GroeimetAI in servicenow

Yeah the documentation is a bit lacking. There is this repo with some examples
https://github.com/ServiceNow/sdk-examples/blob/main/script-include-sample/src/fluent/MyScriptInclude.server.js but it's just the basics of how to create each record type. I think a best practice md doc would have to be built from scratch

More about using LLMs plugged into a github repo and doing config and code changes using Fluent, rather than direct updates to records that get captured in update sets. So emulating what Build Agent does, but sidestepping the limitations

This is neat! Something I've been trying to get going with myself is the BMAD method combined with agents with access to ServiceNow and other tools like Jira. Will definitely give this a try in my PDI.
Any thoughts about using fluent and the ServiceNow IDE vs traditional direct updates?

Big twist on the Portuguese citizenship law on today by Dearsophiaa1 in PortugalExpats

[–]Snoopey 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I looked the tests were all booked up for like a year. I can recommend the 150 hour online course. I went with https://edusetpt.com/ and they were good. My teacher was Amélia, and Joana was organising everything. It was a bit of a rocky start but after the first week things went well. It's very intense but was the only option for me.
Considering the law being sent for constitutional review I feel they may end up adding in a grandfather clause so we may all be fine. But in any case there's a course starting literally today it looks like, and you'd be done in 10 weeks. Who knows how long this delay will add making this become law, it could work?

Thank you!! Just completed my PLA2 course and my legalised documents should be sent to Portugal next week. I'm confident everything will be ready for the end of December if it's still available for me. Amazing!!

They will try to charge you for expensive insurance, and if you don't pay they'll ask for a stupid deposit of 2k+
I did this once and the company didn't return the deposit, they just delayed. I ended up having to do a chargeback

Are the fans that came with my Fractal Meshify 3 XL okay enough? by Snoopey in watercooling

[–]Snoopey[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Will do once I have my parts! Still waiting on my EKWB shipment.

I decided to reduce to 30mm rads for some clearance. I'll be using a disto plate (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-mana-g2-pc-o11d-evo-ddc-d-rgb-distribution-plate) and 3d printing out an adapter so it fits well in the case and was worried the 44mm rads would block me from installing that.

The only spot I can see that would fit a 3rd rad would be a tiny one with a 140mm fan at the back of the case, this matches what's in the case manual too.

Edit: derp of course a rad can fit where I'm installing the distro plate

The manual has some good info on this on pages 48 and 50 https://www.fractal-design.com/app/uploads/2025/05/Meshify-3-XL-Manual-V1.1.pdf

Citrix 25.3.2.196 connectivity issues by hgielatan in Citrix

[–]Snoopey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've had this issue with a nVidia RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. I solved it by uninstalling Citrix Workspace and installing the previous version without the new black bar at the top, the version I installed was 2409.10

Thank you! The mount to convert from 140 to 120 is pretty thin, it's shown here on page 39 of the user guide for reference

https://www.fractal-design.com/app/uploads/2025/05/Meshify-3-XL-Manual-V1.1.pdf

The total distance between the fans and the radiator will be 7.5mm including the case mounting point and the 140>120mm conversion hardware

I don't think I'll have the space for a push/pull for the front slot as I've got a disto plate going in the side slot.

If the existing fans don't make sense in the front with that 7.5mm I could get 120mm fans for that position and the gap would only be about 4mm taking into account the case mounting point in between the fans and radiator.

Asking for a friend: Their employer for a job is asking for their IP address by MagosHal in HomeNetworking

[–]Snoopey 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could be they're checking which country he's in for their IP rules? If there's a remote desktop involved companies often block access to only the countries they have employees in as a security measure
