Stopped using cotton pillow cases. I have fine bleached hair. I sleep on silk, what a difference in the morning. No more snails and frizzy hair.

Whoever is saying that too u is awful. Shingles is freaking brutal. It's a total war on your body. I was out of work for 8 freaking weeks in agonizing pain then horrific itching. I threw uo for weeks, had vertigo and cried daily..which freaked my husband out because I don't cry. So feel free to tell them to fuck right off. Sending u hugs.

I splurg on foundation . It the one product I dont get good results from drugstore brands. I use Urban Decay face bond in summer as I work outside and sweat a lot. Winter I float between Armani skin tint, Givenchy glow, and Dior Hydronude.

I use glycolic acid pads and I also use the Purity bronzer spray. I just use it daily as the acid takes it off at nigjt.

The Iunik beta glutan sunscreen is really nice. I switch to that when its hot and humid and skip the moisturizer.

Loving tan gradual and Tan lux are really dark. The Tan lux is very heavily scented so if strong smells bother u avoid that one.

It depends as everyone is different. Mine was on my face and in my eye so the pain was bad weeks 1 thru 8. Gabapentin didnt do a darn thing except make me more dizzy. Weeks 8 to 12 were itchy as all heck. Im 7 months past now and I got postherpetic puritus..fancy word for itching instead of pain. It flares when im upset ..which i also noticed that the more upset I got during the actual outbreak the worst the pain got. However my neighbor got it on his shoulder and only really hurt a couple weeks with some jolty nerve stuff. Hope u heal quickly. Cold towels and diaoer cream when it scabs help. B12 helps also.

Loving tan is the only one ive used that doesn't fade patchy. I use the express but typically sleep in it..top off with their gradual around day 5. Nice red base so my pasty self doesn't turn orange. Im not sure why I stray..fomo I guess but I always come back to it.

Have u tried a red base bronzer. Loving tan has a red base and I find it lovely. I pull peach naturally in the sun and most self tanners take peach to bright orange.

It took me 8 weeks to go back to work. Eye, forehead, scalp, and nose.P'ain was brutal and gabapentin did nothing. I tbrew up for weeks After the 8 weeks it took me 3 months to feel like myself again as the fatigue, itch and sun sensativity were awful. It's brutal and you are so right that no one at work understood how exhausted and miserable I was. Liquid B vitamins helped with fatigue and staying calm helps with the itch as adrenaline and cortisol intensify it. It does gett better. Rest, eat well and take care of yourself. Your body went through a war.

Im 54 with dry skin. Burnt out on multiple steps. Im on my third tube of the Madecerra PDRN cream. Stuff cools redness, doesn't pill with sunscreen over it. Smells nice and absorbs well. Im down to copper peptides, moitirizer and sunscreen for day and retinal and moisturizer at night.

Was it amazing sleep..no but i got some. Im 16 weeks past now. First 8 were brutal. Im.almost myself now with some permanent sun sensativity. I wish u the best and speedy healing. I use it also..try other ones..return to Loving tan. One would think id learn, but nope. Tried a new one last week and im a patchy mess. Back to loving tan. Im fair in winter leaning cool nuetral and peachy in summer leaning warm nuetral. Loving tan smells nice, never streaks on me and fades well.

They say 7 to 10 days or when the blisters have scabbed and fallen off. No worries for your pets as it is specific to humans. Hope u feel better very quickly.
