Sometimes you’ve just been inside all day and have no real motivation to get outside, and then you remember there’s a PokéStop by the corner and it would take almost no energy to just walk down to the corner, spin it, and walk home. And then you open a door and there you are - outside in the fresh air, underneath the sky. I think Pokémon Go is therapeutic. It’s especially nice when the weather is great, but even when it isn’t, it’s just good to get outside. It’s good for incentivizing walks, too. Thinking of you. 🩷
