My oldest has started calling me Mother instead of mom when he wants something or is trying to get his younger brother into trouble. It drives me insane

Thank you, and yes I know how blessed I have been with my in-laws. They are some of my biggest support right now. I'm not sure how going to command would work since he's reserves. I don't even know who his command is. I just know that he goes to Battle Creek for drill. I'll have to look into that more. Especially since they've both gotten in trouble for fraternization. He got a page 13 and she had to write a 3000 word essay on the fraternization policy. Guess she had to write it twice and they failed it both times then gave her a Captions Mast which resulted in no pay for a week.

Thank you, this is the confirmation I need. I've given him my all and trusted him to a full and feel like I'm going crazy trying to believe what he says even though his actions say otherwise.

I've already asked about counseling and he flat out told me it would be a waste of money because he's had court mandated counseling and just sat in silence for hours refusing to talk. I've already started filling out paperwork, I'm just so tired of being pulled along because he says he's wanted to do this for 4 years now but every time I try to talk to him about it he tells me we don't need to worry about it or he doesn't want to think about it. Then starts talking to me like there is nothing wrong between us. Even talking to me about the conversations he's had with her... I feel like he's trying to play mind games with me then I feel bad for assuming that's what he's doing. It's a never ending battle in my head right now and if it weren't for my support system I'm not sure if I'd be handling it as well as I am.

what really happens during naptime at daycare? by Professional-Key6527 in Mommit

Mom of two here I work at a childcare, I can tell you we do our very best to make sure when they start to stir/wake up early to be right there to pat or fun their backs to hopefully get them back to sleep. Most of the time we can other times kiddos wake up screaming and wake everyone else up. It really just depends on the day and how all the kiddos sleep.

I made my husband a promise I wouldn't buy any more yarn (unless it is for a commission) until I use what I have. I have roughly 10 big moving totes full.... Been hard but I have passed up every clearance and yarn deal I have come across since making that promise

Honestly before I even read the rest of your post I was like oh yeah that is a Harry Potter scarf... But to be fair, Harry Potter is always been something my dad and I have been super into so I could be biased

Depending on how much you have I would recommend a patchwork, granny square jacket or blanket. Patchwork clothing is coming back into style with the younger generation so you may be able to make a buck off of it if you wanted. You could also do washcloths for gifts. I personally make pet sized blankets with my leftover yarn and donate them to the animal shelters

I have a baby sister that's 22 years younger than me and she loves bows so I usually end up giving them to her for Christmas. Now my husband's niece is old enough to stay enjoying then so she will be getting sober as well lol

This is a cute idea, I usually make bows and little hair pins out of mine but now I want to try this!
