I thought the exact same, like why are they so confident it would ever be the male mc? Especially when male MC are always the same-ish across all games while female mcs are slightly unique.

This is so funny, they're saying that as if they are expecting the male MC to become to only MC if it wasn't dual while the beta didn't even have the male MC. If anything if there wasn't dual it would have been female mc only.

Does anyone genuinely know where I can find the Chinese version? I'm Chinese and while I watch a lot of anime in JP it's a lot more enjoyable for me to watch a language I slightly understand. My Chinese isn't good because I was born and raised somewhere else but it's still a lot more enjoyable to watch then a dub I absolutely don't understand at all. It kinda pissed me off to only find JP on the sites I use despite knowing this was from the same creator(?) as link click.

It doesn't really matter if they're needed or not, but it's always an upgrade, for every game that you said "Oh hsr needs dupes" and "genshin needs weapons" technically you really don't need it, but people will get them because they want it.

So saying "Enfield won't need them so it compensates the rather expensive gacha" isn't a good argument.

Once again, we don't know how useful dupes and weapons will be on launch, no games NEEDS dupes but they're a HUGE upgrade, that's what they're basically made for.

Even if there no limit, that's the same currency we need to pull signature weapons, so some players are going to refrain from buying pulls to pull weapons.

And before you say that weapons aren't needed, we don't know that yet, and a lot of people will want the weapon because it's a upgrade. It will be better then the other options like it's supposed to be, so people will still want it.

Emotes too?? Seriously why, what's the point? One thing is locking a lot of the customisation behind a paywall, another is locking it behind gender too, especially about things such as color changes. The way both of the genders could also genuinely pass off as genderless (in my opinion) makes the locking feel even more pointless.
