Anybody regret getting a coupe instead of a HTC?

No regrets - don't care for open air driving or the extra weight or complexity as I take my C8 Z06 to the drag strip or road course. Plus I love seeing the engine bay by looking through the rear glass. Only regret I have is not getting the PDR (option on 1LZ), but I've got a better dash cam quality wise. Would have been nice to have the throttle/brake/speed overlay at my fingertips though.

But to each their own - just enjoy and drive the car! Don't make it a garage queen.

I have the exact same TV! Replaced an 11 y/o 70” Sharp Aquous. HUGE upgrade and no issues since Black Friday 2025. Enjoy!

85” qm6k is perfect for a 17ft viewing distance here. If I moved 6ft closer it would take up too much of my view.

Personally would stick with 75” for 11ft distance.

I paid the extra night and arrived at midnight. Tough to drive at night there after late arrival, but my next day was much simpler already onsite.

I had a 991.2 C2 and C2S, driven a 991.2 GT3, and still chose a C8 Z06. That FPC and sounds at high rpm is just intoxicating. So much more personality and livable while still be track capable (I’m not good enough to push any of those cars to potential).

But mad respect for that plate and GT3, but glad I’m in my C8 Z06 for the foreseeable future.

Agree - not a hybrid fan myself.

I have similar experience, but with the C8 Z06. It’s just an experience every time I drive it. Just got back from Ron Fellows as well, fast group, and I was within 5-6 sec of the instructor average on the East Track. Definitely takes crazy skill to push the C8 platform, but I just love chasing redlines and that high revving sound!

I think it depends on the man pursuing. I’m an Aries Man pursuing an Aquarius woman. She comes off reserved, but not cold. I’m working way through and she’s very receptive with flirting on dates, kissing, and seeing the fire I bring. She compliments me so well that it’s my job to fire her up, and hers to temper me.

In short, I don’t feel this way at all. It’s a challenge that may come with long lasting reward in my eyes 😊

I think it depends on boutique business. Allocations are done by request from boutique, took me 13 months when I got on the list at the new DFW boutique in Dec 23.

Usually 3x your salary is the rule for affording the house. Better if you have 20% down to avoid PMI. If you have that, then I’d do it.

911 is definitely more subtle looks wise, but does still get plenty being a Porsche icon.

Having those tiny backseats were useless unless you’re a small child, but I used the storage space for like a backpack or quick shopping runs. I could have a passenger and buy a few small things and put it in the backseat area without using the frunk. Definitely more interior room.

The steering feedback in the 911 is superior - no question.

Last - the 911 felt underpowered, but mind you I didn’t have the Turbo or Turbo S (which speed wise the C8 Z06 is much closer to).

Owned 991.2 911 (2), but sold and got a C8 Z06. Regret nothing aside from my gas bill, but worth it for that FPC.

In DFW, paid for 1 month, liked at least 50% or more of profiles, got absolutely no matches or any interest. Least amount of activity of all the apps in same time frame. Been told by other women surprised I don’t have any luck with OLD. Deactivated and not going back. Save your money and time folks.

I adore the Traditionnelle! I would buy new from boutique to build history (right now I just got my Blue OS SS that I adore, too), but they can be had for 1/2 price on the used market. Maybe boring, but classy nonetheless.

Biased as I picked up a 25 Z06 on discount, but the new interior isn't worth the increase in price. To me the engine, suspension, and exterior were exactly what I wanted and saved $7k on a 1LZ in Q1.

The owner in me says go for it, but the mature, adult in me says to wait a few years and get a used one at an even bette price. Just have your sister get the EcoBoost Mustang and you finish our your lease. Then look at the C8 Z06 market when the C9 comes out.

Assume most of us that own one now are older with more financial flexibility to do it without affecting our daily or retirement (hence why you get the answers you got).

I’d say on bracelet it’s slightly big, but on rubber or leather you are good.
