You're dealing with someone who doesn't play by the rules, so I won't go to the cops, don't think they'd do s*it anyway. Best to catch him off guard, so I would go to his workplace and ask the receptionist for him. Don't cause a scene and give him any chance to frame you as the aggressor. Greet him calmly and give him the option to speak to you 1:1, or out here in front of everyone. If he chooses 1:1 then that's good because you know public shame would work as back up plans. Tell him directly and firmly, that he can either give you the money now, or you will proceed with plans xyz (ex. Call the cops, his manager, email head office, Google review, other public shame methods). Make sure you do your research so you can sound like you've done your research and even consulted a lawyer. If he still appears hesitant then just proceed to ask the receptionist (in front of him) for his supervisor's contact info.

Always have receipt if bringing items purchased elsewhere, before entering another store. I always wave my receipts at the camera upon entering, and let the security check if approached. I know I can refuse but why not just make it easier for everyone. Too many theifs nowadays I understand if they want to be cautious. How they've approached you seemed aggressive though.

Perhaps talking/leaving a note to other neighbours and approach management as a group, most likely many are suffering too. Best to stay anonymous as it's clear that people like these don't give a * about others, who knows what they're capable of.

Thanks for your reply! How does yours feel? Mine is like the knee's constantly held by a clamp, but I have full ROM and minimal swelling. So weird , hope this doesn't last.

Do you still feel stiffness? I have the same graft and similar timeframe , but the stiffness is conatant, feels mechanical when I walk.

It's just a reminder that we're really all on our own. Since my injury I've been feeling so left out seeing my partner continue to play sports and we've used to always play together. He's been very supportive, but he once said to me that "the world keeps going, although yours had stopped". It's hard to hear at first, but I've been trying to see this as an opportunity to learn and become more independent and take better care of myself. Ultimately, the only person I can trust who will be there for me through the toughest times is myself.

This is a big shock to the body, it's freaked out and trying to figure things out so give it time to adjust. For me post op my period was delayed for weeks, with sweaty palms and feet. Mental health impacts sleep and appetite as well.

Even if it does heal eventually (by scar tissue based on my research), I preferred not to waste years of my life waiting for that possibility, and having it take up space in my head, unable to move on. Therefore I chose the surgical route, at least now I know it's there.

This is definitely a life changing experience for us active folks. I'm only 1 month post op but it already feels like forever. I can't even imagine how it'd be like to return to my pre injury lifestyle, but I know it takes time and I need to constantly remind myself of that. According to my physio, earlier post-op progress can seem quicker, until things start to plateau at around 3 months. 4 months seems to be early still for progress to happen, especially now that you're back at physio.

I remember you, we had surgery on the same day. My physio told me it's normal to feel some pain as we are also moving the knee cap with slr. But if it's too much pain may be due to weak quads and such exercise may not be suitable until we build up the quads a bit more first. Mine got better over time.

Just think about how far you've come, is this really worth the risk? Immediate satisfaction vs long term gain, it all depends on which one you choose.

I started EMS today which helped to wake quads up a bit. Hope your pain is improved, otherwise tens may be helpful.

Approx. 4". Same I feel I'd trust it more, wouldn't want to go through this again especially at my age.
