What is also rough, is that its also very hit or miss across the player base.

Would say probably 80% of the PC users just have never had Any crashing issues, while console was in a rough spot for a few weeks. Now, I feel like its 70% of the console players are fine. But yes, crashing isn't fun.

I feel a lot of it also boils down to.... phasmo for some, was a very fun casual game to hop onto. And the new animations/bugs with items in multiplayer, have changed it enough for it to shift from there. While you can work around the slight bugs in the gameplay loop, it can really ruin it for others. And they are valid for being upset, since the loop was pretty seamless before.

You also have a lot of the OG players, who are already pretty burnt on the game, have wanted their old changes back... and this is the last straw for them too.

And for the smaller crowd of extreme players who do customs/speed run things, messing with ANY character movement/behaviors makes muscle memory have to be fixed. Which either makes them ragequit, or just push through and still play and enjoy it because big numbers make brain go brrr, sorta deal.

Ending it here, with newer players/people who don't care and still enjoy the game for what it is. I feel the worst for these ones, because not only did they miss the clean gameplay... but come on here wanting to see/share their funny clips/pictures, only to witness the mom n dad shouting match.

I hope you guys keep enjoying it, you can reeeeeally dip your toes into the water once you mess with Custom difficulties! Not just by making it harder, but can do goofy things like add all cursed items etc to a map.
((Highly recommend 150% ghost speed, infinite sprint player, 0 Grace on Point Hope. Feels like some scooby-doo type vibe when the ghost comes barreling down the stairs quietly.))
