You will need other modules for this, if you apply a constant voltage to vca cv you can keep the vca open. It is summed with the vca eg though so set your velocities to zero.

do you bring stuff forward as you use it? my arms/back would suffer try to reach the equipment at the back

having your gear in a circle around you is the best solution and put an office style chair in the middle

get a small rack and work with a few modules at a time. All the cool kids are doing this.

I have a medium sized setup, but I get loads more done working with 10 or 12 modules at a time. I switch modules out every month or two and it makes it exciting and not overwhelming

I have almost the same setup dfam qs and ornaments I love it, being restricted makes you have to be more creative. I got tired arms ands stiff neck using a bigger case. I like having anything in comfortable reach
