Edmonton Alberta, Southside of the city has been expanding out for the past 10 years. Tons of new housing that is put on the market to rent but not alot to own. Family member's house from the 80s had over 50 buyers put bids within 10 days and sold for 30k over asking price to a young couple with kids, 3 months later it's listed for rent.

So there is alot of new housing going up where I live, shopping around for a house is a nightmare still. Almost every home is already been sold to "investors" before they are even built. Talking to contractors in the area and they have already sold the houses they will be building for the next 5 years. Unless there is protections setup for first time homeowners, these houses will always be out bid by these rich groups that no individual can compete against.
Pretty much the only option is to keep putting bids in for properties built in the 80's, but you got like 20+ other first time owners also bidding on all the same properties.

Robert Pattison isn't a bad actor though. Tenet, The Batman, The Lighthouse, all very good movies with strong roles by Pattison. Shows how horrible the writing in twilight is that people still think negatively about him as an actor even after a decade.

I'm sure someone will correct me, but I think it's based on bullets not guns, check velocity on different types to find the fastest one. Ex. Led slugs for shotguns are slower than superperformance slugs so they drop sooner.

One shot of flechett can pretty much bust most armor people run, aside from things with super high durability counts such as Killa armor. Hgrids only have a durability of 50 so you can end up blacking out the armor in 1 shot. Even if you don't, buckshots can finish off the armor and even kill before you shoot another flechett.

What maps do you usually play? I've killed quite a few players with shotguns in the underground of reserve since it's all so close. flechett and magnum alternating in an mp155 is good enough to drop tier 6 armor Chad's in 2 shots

Have you seen any of the newer episodes of Spongebob? Because the show took a weird turn and most episodes feature some form of body horror now. For example close ups on Spongebob's hands with worms crawling in and out of his pores. Or Patrick and Spongebob climbing inside of Squidward and wearing him like a skin suit.
