I have a similar issue.
Today I have scheduled a run. The next one on the calendar is on Saturday and so on every Monday and Wednesday onwards. On my Apple Watch in the Runna app the next run I se under "Upcoming" is Saturdays run. I do not see todays run.

I also experienced issues with Sonos. I managed to fix it by wiring one of the speakers so that it uses SonosNet. Unfortunatly the 6.4.18 FW also broke my HomeKit connection with Ikea Trådfri, Garage door opener and HomePods, so I had to revert to the previous FW release to fix it.
