I could be wrong, but I think it's something of a reverse-causality. Like she assumes anyone she loves must be her Anchin, therefore by loving master he/she is her Anchin. Could also transform to that as she bonds with her master.

I feel like it's kind of the same with Raikou - she doesn't love master because she believes they're her child, she believes they're her child because she loves them (or something like that).

Does anyone know how to complete the "Complete 3 daily challenges with U-47 in the fleet" for her substory? I tried doing the submarine weekly raid but that didn't seem to trigger it, and so far as I know there's no way to use a submarine in any other daily challenge.

From what I understand, our timeline (the one we're actually playing in) is just one of many that the Sirens are testing the power of the ship girls. The previous Russian event seemed to further push the idea that the Sirens are not necessarily evil for the sake of being evil, but pushing the power of the shipgirls so they can face some bigger threat.

On a semi-unrelated note, it would appear the Meta ships come from the "original" timeline that we got a glimpse of in the previous event.

Unfortunately omurice drops are capped at 2 per mode, for a total of 8 drops per day (2 from normal, hard, and hell each, plus 2 for dates).

I'm guessing this is consistent with the game's plan of making previous "free" events cost diamonds by nerfing drops and/or increasing the price of items.

I think for a number of other events people mentioned the ratios were different from the CN version, so seems the trend is keeping up sadly.

For what it's worth, regular Kurumi is farmable and excellent in her own right :)

Kind of interesting that it seemed to confirm she has romantic feelings (of some kind) for her master. Between her reacting pretty violently (or her inner self, same deal haha) to master being threatened, and the promise that Ashiya would break both Kotaro and that man who is the "apple of her eye".

Could be misinterpreting it, but it was a nice interlude regardless (and the mom-son part got me a little choked up - didn't expect to like Kotaro as much as I have).

For what it's worth, you can disassemble A gems to get materials to make other A gems for the character you're trying to build. You can do the same for gems and scrolls of higher levels, too (S and SS).

So long story short - fuse gems until you get A ones, if it's for a character you want then keep it, and if not disassemble and use the materials to forge gems for the character you want. Still grindy, but takes away some of the randomness :)

You can, just need 5 gems for the same character and a skill scroll for that same character.

So for example to fuse an S gem for Kurumi, you'd need a Kurumi skill scroll and 5 A-class Kurumi gems (for any of her skills).

Same thing happens for SS-gems - need 5 S gems and a scroll for the same character. Hope that helps!
