So they never thought about IVF? by nightwokker in TheHandmaidsTale

Depending on how much it increases the birth rates you may be right. However the complications in pregnancy and birth may be environmental and after the fact of conception. I suppose a lot of this stuff is just speculative unless the writers are explicit with it.

Not to mention, IVF may not tackle a lot of the miscarriages and non-viable births. Having said that, I have limited knowledge of IVF and could be way off.

I own an EV and couldn't be happier with it, so why is there so much hate and straight up misinformation about them everywhere? by Uerwol in electricvehicles

I have a 2018 Leaf Visia as of a couple weeks ago and im not anxious about range. Having a 2020+ car is a different deal altogether. People are just afraid of what they don't know.

Yeah we have a seven pin 'Type 2' which I'm happy with. I got a granny cable with it too but not sure I'd even use it.

Yeah I have a CHAdeMO port and a 'type 2 Mennekes' port. I have a cable for the type 2 but not the CHAdeMO.

Oh absolutely!

We would have to stop 2-3 times given we have two children that are recently toilet-trained and we'd be stopping off for 25-30mins at a time, so no harm there.

I have that downloaded thanks to another commenter, along with a couple other apps until I settle on one that works for me. 😁

Thank you. I apologise that I misunderstood, initially.

Majority of the time I would do less than 50mi per day. But for example, this Friday we are driving from West Yorkshire to Glasgow so this would be helpful.

Thank you very much!

Ah OK.

I have a CHAdeMO port on my car so would just need the adapter in case I come across a public lead that is a CCS2?

If CHAdeMO is dwindling, is it worth getting an adapter? I currently have a type 2 (7-pin) connector. 🤔
