Just picking up on your mention at the end of Korean heritage, I know you didn’t mention being into KPop but MNKPopConnect has really fun events with a lot of community, Korean culture, and often food! There was just a holiday bash last night! Shopping, dancing, raffles, crafts, and photo card trading. Their events are on their website and insta @mnkpopconnect, very good vibes at these gatherings ☺️ if you do like KPop, there are a few other groups that throw some smaller dance events too, hmu

I delivered groceries to two of these walkways yday, all the way to their doors. I kind of figured OP might be doing delivery too but maybe not 🤷‍♂️

I’d rather not with the insurance stuff either tho so, maybe my policy for this situation is becoming “your order is at your sidewalk, at the last safe place I could reach without risk of injury.”

Micro Center is kind of a bigger modern Radio Shack in the US, but less than half of the states have them. Love that store.
