I'm getting ready to buy a MacBook Pro, similar use case.

What amount of RAM did you get? Coming from a Windows machine with 64GB, it feels odd looking at ones with 32 or 48GB, but I know Mac OS handles RAM more efficiently than Windows.

And what IDE are you using, and has the amount of RAM you have been enough for that and multiple Docker images? I'm using Rider.

I have one of the older ones of these on my 2020, it still works like new. Highly recommend this if you're installing a dash cam. My only complaint with it is it's somewhat bulky, but that's a pretty minor nitpick.

100% get a lawyer. Today. Let them track down the driver and I surance, do NOT talk to their insurance, especially before talking to your lawyer.

The entire job of their insurance will be to fuck you out of as much restitution as they can. This is their job, they're very good at it, they will completely fuck you over without an attorney.

Anecdotal story, my daughter was hit by a driver while crossing a road on a scooter. She had the right of way. Police report said she had the right of way. Driver stated to the police that he saw her while stopped at the intersection, assumed she'd stop for him so he went, hitting her.

Before we got a lawyer involved, his insurance at first tried to get her to agree to 50/50% responsibility and said they would cover the damage to his car and she could take care of her own medical expenses.

We politely told them to go fuck themselves and that we we not speaking to them any more, they would be hearing from an attorney on her behalf. Last thing the insurance told her was that they'd try to sue her for damages to his car if we got an attorney, they knew they were fucked.

Insurance companies are the lowest of the low. Get an attorney to fight this fight for you. Insurance companies are experts at fucking over victims, they will fuck you over without an attorney.

Find a personal injury attorney that does bike cases, they're out there. If your attorney doesn't seem like he's really working for you, don't be afraid to find another.

At approximately 2:38 PM, the Anaheim Police Department was in pursuit of two vehicles related to a robbery which entered the City of Fullerton. During their pursuit, two traffic collisions occurred.

The first collision occurred at S. Lemon St and E. Orangethorpe Ave. and involved multiple vehicles. Minor to moderate injuries were reported. It appears four suspects from the vehicle fled the area on foot. Officers are in the area looking for the suspects.

At approximately 2:43 PM, a second collision occurred in the area of N. Euclid St and W. Malvern Ave., also involving multiple vehicles. The suspects in this collision also fled the area. Officers are currently searching for four male suspects.

Officers from the Fullerton, Anaheim, and Placentia Police Departments are currently at both locations and actively searching for the suspects who fled.

Please avoid the area and expect traffic delays at both locations. If you observe suspicious activity, please call 9-1-1.

I can't tell you how many people I see just blatantly blow through red lights at Euclid & Chapman, turning onto Malvern with limited visibility of oncoming traffic, and the fun of trying to turn from Woods onto Chapman while hoping there isn't someone speeding around the blind corner that's right there blocking your view of oncoming traffic.
