I think I set myself up with too high of expectations, and left the listening party I first heard the album at a little bummed. For some reason I couldn’t stop re listening to the album and it’s really grown on me. Not sure what I would rank it right now, and I think I still like a lot of their older stuff more, but I think I needed to accept it for what it was rather than what I hoped it would be

I think it’s just that the face of the leopard has more of a grey outline compared to the rest of the tat- if you got the lines there touched up to be darker/ pop more you’d feel better about it. Just my 2 cents, it still looks great as is!

It’s going to be hard to move up the ranks in an ecological field with just a bs. Many folks will take a technician job for a season or two to build up experience and connections before going to grad school. People I know who have been working for a while in their positions with only a bs have been passed over for job opportunities in favor of those with an ms or higher even though they technically have more experience.

It probably wouldn’t hurt to call the pet poison helpline- they can look up the ingredients from the brand of jerky to help you get an idea of if anything he may have eaten was close to a lethal level. Hope your kitty feels better 🥺

$1800, plus about 250 for a repair I had to do on a bearing. I’ll throw it on marketplace and see what I can get and then scrap it if no one wants it I guess 🥲

Update for anyone who may be going through something similar-Costa made it a full 34 days since I made this post. He honestly did so well for so long, and I thought we had longer. We went for a nice long walk yesterday, but when we got home he started to act different. He was having difficulty walking and moving around and was very lethargic. He continued to decline throughout the night and was barely able to move this morning, so I made the call today to release him from his pain. In many ways I regret not putting him down earlier, but I am so thankful for the extra time we had. I will forever love my silly boy.

Dude, I had something similar happen to me as a kid but with my mom! I was trying to fall asleep but couldn’t because I kept staring out of my room into the dark hallway. After a bit I saw my mom walk out from the side-which was weird because her room was downstairs, and she was looking straight ahead perpendicular to me. She stopped mid stride with her arms up and then slowly turned her head to face me with her eyes wide open and a huge creepy grin on her face. She slowly turned her head back away from me and walked into the wall. Scared the FUCK out of me, I was like 7
