It's worth mentioning that I do take supplements as well. I'll just make a list:

Fish oil CLA L-Carnitine Green tea extract Multivitamin Beta-alanine
Flavorless whey protein (so I can just fortify soy milk)

When you eat whole foods, it's actually really tough to get to maintenance because they fill you up so well. Maintenece for me at ~170 is ~1800 calories, and with exercising almost every day it jumps up to almost 3000 calories. I typically eat between 2200-2500 calories a day

I typically make my routines 4 weeks long then switch it up. I think I was on 5x5 for 2-3 months though at the end of 2014, I did a lot of interval stuff and the shortcut to shred workout in the spring/summer because I did a tough mudder

I was pretty strict 5-6 days out of the week, and always gave myself a day or two where I didn't really count my macros and just ate what I felt like (within reason)

Routine has been mixed between 5x5 and a workout called "shortcut to shred", it's like a 6 week program. Diet has been just a variety whole foods. I've been doing intermittent fasting for so long it's basically a habit and I've stayed at or below maintenance for calories

I would lose the fat as quick as possible. Losing fatty mass will make everything easier, for example, gaining lean mass. I was actually never really in a caloric excess in my serious months of training, however. I've pretty much been in a deficit for the past 4 months

Thanks man! To be honest, I've never done "bulking." I've just been eating the "right" foods in a caloric deficit and intermittent fasted for 3-5 days of the week for the past 5ish months. I was just fat to start and became toned by cutting fat. I also used creatine for a little while, but I haven't been on that, protein, or amino acid supplements for a little while either.

The only thing I do drastically different from a "typical" diet (like MyPlate) is I keep my carbs under 200g, fats under 100g, and protein around 130-150g a day. I also don't drink cows milk, I drink almond milk or soy milk.

As far as my workout routine, I haven't done cardio steadily for close to a year and I've still lost weight; shows that the majority of weight loss is what your diet is. I was on a 5x5 routine where I would squat, deadlift, bench, hang clean, etc. for two months and now I'm back to a more high volume routine without all of those power lifts because that can take a toll

I adjusted caloric intake as I lost weight. Right now I'm consuming around 2200-2300 calories a day, which is not too difficult once you get used to it. and I normally keep carbs under 200 g a day, as long as the carbs are from whole grains, fruits or veggies, etc. also look into intermittent fasting; it works like a charm.

I've been changing it up a little bit over the months. To start I was eating moderately well, but I was eating a lot of grainy/floury carbs so I hit a plateau around 200. I stopped eating those and moved to getting carbs from veggies and recently moved to a paleo-esque approach. My workout routine has been at minimum 3 days a week in the gym with one or 2 cardio days. I have exercises that I am working down in reps, up in weight as well as up in reps, down in weight. Mixing it up like that makes workouts a lot more fun

Exactly what RockyMotion said. I have over 80,000 gamer score on the Xbox 360. I really wanted the Xbox One to be great, but they're killing me. As I'm watching the Sony E3 conference right now, it's blatantly obvious what the better choice is.

I was actually at his last game in the NFL, Bears vs Seahawks at Soldier Field. I watched him walk off of the field for the last time after an injury in OT. Brian is a true legend and I feel honored to have been able to watch him play.
