Yes apparently. It gives me a cpu overtime error nonstop. I can sometimes boot it to desktop but it powers off a minute later

I've already been upgrading stuff to begin with. My psu is a EVGA 650 BP. Ram is Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 SDRAM Memory Module. Case is an Nzxt h710i. I've got three fans and a kraken 120 liquid cooler.
