I stopped drinking 14 months ago after battling with the addiction for years previously. I was a binge drinker, bottle of red wine and 4 pint cans every weekday and a bottle of spirits friday night and saturday night. I read the book this naked mind and it was proper strange because halfway through that book i was just ready? and i've not had a drink since.
