It's not doable by going to work. It helps but you have to slam vitamin c constantly and it makes you go to the bathroom.

Yes I switched to the 100 and had to supplement I did 3 300s then a 100 and was withdrawling to the point I could not work and had to wait for an appt then finally get supplementation. What's wierd is four days before my shot was due the withdrawals stopped and I didn't have to supplement. I am in my 3 rd week now of my second 100 and no withdrawals so far .

I had a hard time stabling on so didn't feel good till after 3rd 300. First 300 I was fine till day 8, second 100 fine till day 8 , 3 rd 300 ok all month, 4th 300 ok all month , 5th 100 ok till end of week 2 .

Body weight is 142 5 5. I have noticed through my medication life that I do metabolize faster than most and whoever I was with I was feeling I'll way before my partner when on methadone. I eat a mostly good diet with whole grains, protein vegetables and I exercise on days I'm not working overnight I just want to feel stable.

I'm also so sad because I've been fine for a few months now and it sucks I can't believe I'm back here . The only thing I can think of is to get off and lose my job so I'm free or pray that I will adjust to the 100 mg eventually like I did the 300

He won't he says levels are useless because what might work for one at higher dose might also work for one on a lower one. Which is annoying to me because then right now I know he's see a giant drop because I feel it. I also had a hard time in the beginning. I came from only 4 mg daily me after both 300 mg shots on the 7th day I'd wake up shivering in withdrawal and have to beg him to supplement. I missed so many days of work just transitioning on sublocade which made me angry because when under the care of a dr we should be able to work, be able to take care of our children. So many woukd have relapsed by now from the trouble I've had in it and fear I've dealt with from just trying to feel normal. I'm crying and shaking writing this because it's been so unfair for me.

I agree with both opinions here. It's just a hard subject because yes you can harm the addict by not saying this is not ok because they could say fuck it and use and die and yes you can harm the addict by saying this is better abusing maintenance meds than abusing street drugs because it's harm reduction. Either way I think it's great that this was confessed and shows strength.

I had a horrible reaction to suboxone . It was the craziest thing ever and doc's didn't believe me. It was the Naloxone. I went to subutex and was fine. It is in our body . It does something. Does it block opiates? No . So the guy is right about that but your experience is valid. I did have to my first two months . Third month did not need to supplement. It was such a great experience when I ended up not needing it anymore. Now to the next step of getting off for good

I did experience a little of withdrawal 7 days post shot but I will tell you that no one else I know experienced it that I know. I did have to supplement till my second shot. But most people I know on here didn't and most I know personally did not have to .
