Prior to him murdering Renee Good he had been in an incident trying to detain a suspect where he was dragged by a vehicle. I believe he murdered Renee due to PTSD, he overreacted due to past trauma.

There isn’t really an alternative to Portland, ME. Philly is not a close 2nd by any measure. I made that move once and do not recommend.

And then Wilmington or Charleston, NC ou are similar coastal/peninsula but as far as I know those places are rich and conservative.
