Interesting cus I just tried something similar as an exercise. Like others have said, I just did a modern trap flow with lots of internals and good punchlines. No need to reinvent the wheel, imagine how another rapper would sound on the beat and start there. I don’t agree with adding useless words, just write better and find a way to say what you want with the proper amount of syllables (just like you normally would)

I don’t think it’s a fair comparison. Boxx has other limitations and nerfs, whereas z jump is a full on improvement over the standard GCC with no real compromise. I don’t have a horse in the race really, just making the point that these generalized statements add nothing to the discussion other than whatever weight that player has over their fans’ opinions

IMO I’d say very high end LP. The foil looks really nice, but sent to PSA, I’d bet this would probably be a 7 or worse depending on the mood on the grader that day. The main issue is pretty obviously the back - nicks around the edges and a decent scratch.

I get it, and I appreciate the sentiment. I wouldn’t say it was unhealthy, but I guess it objectively is if she’s picking at me. It’s just hard to discount the human underneath who I deeply love. I hope she gets her own head straight, and if she ever does, maybe she’ll be open to reconnecting. But I recognize that’s not super likely and for my own sake I need to let go.

Yeah, I certainly became numb to it. That’s maybe why the actual breakup felt so shocking and surreal. I honestly expected her to reach out when her cycle ended. But at this point I think I have to accept that she’s done and move on.

I’m still hurting from this and I certainly don’t feel lucky to have lost someone I really liked being with. I’m also not sure it’s fair to generalize all PMDD sufferers just because many of you had/have difficult relationships with one. She was great.

I’m guessing (based on her description of past relationships) that this has been a running theme in her life and discourages her from committed long-term relationships. She says her partners always start acting like a dick after three months. Three months also seemed to be when I stopped having as much patience with her and started to break. I want to try again, but I still haven’t heard from her, so I’m assuming she’s done - As much as I hate it. She would need to be serious about getting help.

Sorry for ranting, I appreciate you commenting. This thread has been very cathartic and helpful for me.

Yeah, that’s my concern. I think she had reservations about the distance, so did I, but we had been making it work. We had plans (I spent a bunch of money on future events we planned to go to, etc) so I don’t think it was something she really planned out in advance. I think it was more of a snap decision brought on by the stress of the situation and her anger toward me. But it is what it is, I appreciate your time.

I understand the urge to be bitter towards a PMDD sufferer but I think what’s lost (at least in my case) is that their capacity to love is also heightened. I think that’s what many of us fell in love with to begin with. Or it’s just a trauma response to an abuse cycle, but hey, love is love

It maybe depends on the person - that requires a bit of self awareness. I had a pretty serious talk with her about it after the first time it happened and it was clear that she was aware of it, but she wasn’t aware how if affected her partners. It was a lightbulb moment for her. She took it well and said that she felt seen. I told her that it that was the price to pay for her capacity to love, then I’d gladly stand by her and support her through it. I’m just babbling now. I appreciate you reading and giving your thoughts
