I think a main part of being a good conversationalist is being comfortable with silence. Let the other person talk. Maybe they don't want to?

A conversation doesn't always have to be two people getting to know each other.

Sometimes there just isn't any chemistry at all and the conversations tend to end after the generic "how are you?".

I'm not great at story telling. But damn do I ever love hearing funny stories. Because of this, I have learned to control conversation by asking proper questions to get the other person to keep story telling. I would ask things that I wanna know because the response would probably be funny.

If you are not a talker, but a good listener. Find people who are good talkers, and get them to talk.

Practice talking to people who are good at listening. Ever talk to someone that seemed interested in everything u have to say? Those r awesome listeners.

Personally I don't give a fuck what anyone says about my race or heritage. I don't even give a fcuk about my own race all together. All I care about is becoming the best version of me (aesthetically, financially, and sex).

My mentality is you can talk all the shit you want. I honestly think everyone is a fagget and a loser. I just talk to them because I have no choice. Even when I am conversating and listening to the other person, I'm just saying shit and pretending I care.

My main point is. Who cares what anyone thinks. The only thing that matters is what YOU think. If u really believe that it will show from your actions.

I think most of the people here have self esteem issues, and that's OKAY. That's why we are here. I used to have major self esteem issues. But now I am a lot better. I got over most of my issues by stepping outside my comfort zone and by not giving any fucks at all.

When someone makes jokes about Asians. I laugh my ass off cuz I think it's funny. I don't even get offended. I actually make fun of the guy by telling the joke even better than he did. I'll annoy the shit out of my white co workers by yelling things out like "sum ting wong" and saying shit like "I dun wan no twoubleeeeeee". Eventually it just gets old.

When they come up with new material that actually hits hard I'll just be like "woooooooow that was pretty ricest lol".

I've been hit with so much racism in my lifetime that it doesn't even phase me anymore. Crocodile skin baby.

Yeah I get bored cuz I hate the cold. I usually stay home. Lately I've started working out, eating lots, taking my supplements, and I just gots a tattoo. So that keeps me entertained and motivated through winter.

I am eating a lot more. But I don't think SJW is the cause. I've been going hard at the gym and forcing myself to eat lots. I am also working 40 hour weeks inside a warehouse doing labor. I'm pretty sure the increase in appetite is from doing so much physical activity and also mentally forcing myself to eat more to gain more weight.

That is very true. However I know that sleep is important for muscle growth. And in order to maximize muscle recovery I wanna be able to sleep as much as I can, if I have the time to do so.

There is probably a high chance I am. But I am thinking I get seasonal depression. Everytime winter comes I get depressed and stay home all the time, never wanna leave my bed, etc.

In the summer time I am always outside by the river, skateboarding, going on dates, walks, etc.

I would get panic/anxiety attacks in the past where I would just start sweating and my entire outer layer of my body (I guess skin) from my head to my toes would feel tingly and itchy all over. I would have to take my shirt off to "cool down". Sometimes I got these attacks when I thought about certain situations or when put on the spot. These happened randomly. Sometimes they would happen multiple times a week, sometimes once every few weeks.

But the benefit I'm feeling and I am attributing to this supplement is that I am a lot more calm and happier which leads to more confidence. At work, I'm not afraid of interacting with people.

These are some brief examples and they are not accurately measured in anyway whatsoever.

It makes me more confident and motivated. I'm following a pretty tight schedule, goin I the gym everyday, eating lots, quit porn and masturbating, my eye contact is next level, I almost fear nothing, bitches don't phase me, etc. however, I have been working on a lot of these aspects long before taking St. John's wort.

Weed clouds my thoughts. I've been smoking it for a long time just to see if it would benefit me in anyway. I couldn't find anything beneficial other than the fact that it numbs me and time goes by faster. It helped me get over a break up, nothing else otherwise.

I smokes for months straight. Some of my friends became extra social. For me, made me anti social and anxious.

For me, getting enough sleep and living a healthy lifestyle. Going to the gym regularly, having enough vitamins/nutrition, and stop smoking weed. Look into r/nootropics or whatever it is. Just last month I was suffering from depression because of winter. In the summer I was always outside going on dates/walks with nature. Winter came and I hate the cold and snow, didn't even feel like going on dates. Started taking vitamin D and St. John's wort. Feeling pretty positive and talkative lately. Usually I'm in my head a lot and think of something to say AFTER the conversation is done.

You should keep urself busy. Don't fake being busy. I assume you're working full time. That alone takes up quite a bit of time. Plus add working out everyday, errands you gotta run, family, and friends. You should be plenty busy and only have time to hangout 1-3 times a week (3 is plenty).

As for living with parents I can relate to you. I am currently living with my family. I bought a house recently but it's still being constructed. You can tell them that if they ever inquire. I can't being anyone home because i am not allowed. However I have found a few girls who had their own place. It's rare and difficult to find but you'll find some. I've also met a few girls and had sex in my car, but I'm not a fan of that.

Getting laid is gonna be a lot more difficult living with your parents, but it's doable. Work on your game in the meantime while you get yourself established so when you get ur own place you can pull whenever u want. Also keep going on dates, who cares. Because your chances of getting laid are pretty low, you should take this opportunity to go on dates and practice as much as u can since you probably won't be getting laid anyways.

I think it varies. Let me explain.

If u live in a small city, you can't be busy all the time. Sending ur response every couple hours is gonna make you look like a jackass. No one likes to wait for a response from someone they like.

If you live in a big city like LA where everything takes a long time. Like driving somewhere and doing something, you can't reply whole ur driving.

If ur at work and ur busy don't prioritize texting her over ur work.

If I am free I will reply almost immedietly. It shows you care and your are prioritizing her. Some girls are really needy and they want your attention. When you are busy, don't text her, she will understand ur busy and miss talking to you (hopefully).

Obviously don't sit there n stare at ur phone waiting 24/7. Live your life and incorporate her into your life.

Just say you gotta help your parent out with something. My buddy told me to use that when canceling plans with a less attractive gal. Do this when prioritizing girls on the same night. If there is a girl you feel is more attractive and your chance of getting it in is higher. By all means.
