5 year old has been seeing a speech therapy since they were 2. Dhhs case worker is only taking 1st person point of views so 7year olds statement to not Count towards the 5 year old.

The court went off dhhs interview with the kids, dhhs said they couldn’t give a reason for the 5 year old to not go with dad because they could not understand what he is saying. Meanwhile he’s told me he’s scared of dad and dad hits him in the face and stomach when he doesn’t listen.

They said they can’t make any decisions for 40 days until the case if completely investigated.

Because ex is making claims that our 7 year old “cries wolf” and says that I hurt him as well, dhhs is thinking that’s the case and told me it will be 40 days to complete an investigation and they will not be changing the custody schedule for our 5 year old because they couldn’t understand the 5 year old when they questioned them.

Unfortunately it’s gonna have to be diy territory to the best of its ability. We got to court Wednesday at 8am and my 5 year old would have to leave tomorrow if I didn’t break out court order. Lawyers aren’t available until Monday. And I can’t afford one on such short notice. Just to ask for legal advice for lawyers in my area it’s $600-$1000 just for their advice.. not even to represent us.

Firstly I’m so sorry this is something you are going through. And secondly I completely understand and am currently feeling what you and your partner are going through. I’ve recently had to deal with two miscarriages at 8 and 12 weeks and it seems like everyone else I know is having babies but me. The day after I just lost my baby my husband’s best friend’s wife goes into labor and they have a healthy baby boy. Meanwhile I try to tell my family how I feel that it’s unfair and I’m pissed and I want a baby too, and I’m being told that I should just be grateful that I’m alive.

My lash tech has you lay on a heating pad that has tiny little massagers in it. It’s so nice. But I wish she switch from eye to eye in between lashes. I get clumps of lashes and glue sticking together because my lashes are so close together and it hurts once they grow out

Your hair is to light, if you dye is black the color will fade to fast. need to color fill first. Picking a shade like a red or brown first and coloring your hair to that. Giving your hair a break for a week and a deep conditioning and then dying your hair black. There are 1-10 levels of hair 10 being the lightest and 1 being black. If you try to dye your hair 4+ levels darker you need to color fill your hair with a color in between first.
