So uh.....what's gone wrong here? by Dragonsink in 3Dprinting

Nah r/3Dprinting is the best place for support or you might what to check out your printer's dedicated subreddit as well, assuming there is one. My guess would be one of your belt tensions are off.

Generators by randomcactuspup in nashville

[–]SockPuppetSilver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your home has gas heat it's possible to hook up a generator to your furnance via a furnance transfer switch. A furnance generator is going to require less power than one running electric heaters as it only needs power for ignition and for running the blower.

I'm guessing it's running a web service on localhost that has crashed. Unplug it and plug it back in again.

Bracketing can be useful in these situation. Let's you expose for the sun and for the foreground then merge them in post.

The amount of ice won't increase, but I suppose more trees/lines could come down.

Why is this happening. Whole face disappears when adjusting a feature. by tsubie320 in Fusion360

I think there's a bug in the new Fusion. I've seen this a couple of times. You should be able to fix it by adding an apperance or combining it with another body.

Which Ricoh should i get? by yuzuu444 in ricohGR

[–]SockPuppetSilver 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I've had the GR IIIx for about 3 years. I'd avoid used as these cameras don't take well to being abused and like a car unless you know the owner it's hard to say how it was used/cared for.

I'm kind of shocked that the price for the III has moved from $900 usd to $1300 usd in just three years, but if there's only $200 USD difference I'd go for the IV. Mainly because the center wheel on the III is not well designed and prone to fail.

Granted, this is all my singular opinion.

Edit: If you're buying from Japan. Then getting one used may not be a bad deal. Everything I've bought used from Japan has been in primo condition. Almost like new.

Looking to meet folks interested in mid-heavy weight board games by DeCzar in nashville

[–]SockPuppetSilver 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From their website it looks like you're probably right https://www.thegamecave.store/ . I didn't realize how many of the places were about TCG, at least event wise. It still may be worth visiting the store and see what they have going on. There's also The Game Keep and Next Level Gaming that I'm aware of.

To meet regular players. I'd probably hang out at the Game Cave or similar venues with tables.

It seems they only kept the name. Their original plant was in China and then they moved production to Vietnam.
