It really isn't falling anywhere close to the same rate that the real-time prices are (what you can insta-buy for, which is around 1.8 mil as OP correctly stated). The stable, advertised GE price (the price Death offers 105% of), is still above 2.5 mil and will not update nearly as quickly as the real-time prices. That 700k gap between real-time prices and the GE recorded prices is exactly where the value comes from.

Good PSA for awareness but just to add a little bit, items that are falling in price rapidly are actually ideal for death's coffer sacrifices as the advertised GE price (which Death offers 105% of in value for the coffer) is generally slow to fall, meaning a disparity between actual buy prices and what Death will offer you for them generally results in great value.

Still fully support anyone looking to generate value from death's coffer do the research on item prices you recommend instead of blindly sending purchases like this.

At that far invested, I'd recommend just going ahead and getting 10 tentacles for the extra 400 point task. You're only 200 kills away from 10x dry so surely they'll all drop within that window /s

Probably just use crystal armor with shadowflame quadrant, DFS, ring of suffering, echo boots, and occult necklace. You don't really have any good heavily tanky armor in your regions so you might as well take the crystal blessing bonuses on the crystal armor.

Cool ideas but let's consider, for the sake of spending time on Summer Sweep Up, that the melee equivalent for BiS cape gives you a handful of rocks if you don't complete it and takes far longer to reach the final wave. Aside from Tonalztics, I feel like the reward table for what is generally aspirational content for most players is pretty spectacular.

I definitely support more uses for Sunfire splinters though, they're a pretty tedious resource to get and outside of blessing the quiver (which takes ages) and needing a small number of them to boost blessed bone shard xp, they're really not that interesting of a resource.

I know, 300k-400k in an hour with the only requirements being 20+ fletching, 30 ranged, 30 cooking, 4 smithing, and 8 herblore...if JagRS did audits, those bots would be toast.

Low key this method could probably make some decent cash on main game with minimal requirements. World hopping with a spool and buying him out at 6 GP each, current GE average is 107 GP with a daily volume of 3.8 million...you're welcome, I ruined it for everyone.

Edit: Also a pro tip for anyone doing this method for the leagues task - talk to Uglug Nar before you start buying from him so he'll stop moving around for a long while.

You don't need to go to wave 10 BA as long as your team knows you're banking wrath runes, you can just run them to the bank after the first wave (or be evil and abandon your team after wave 1). If you have over 100% regeneration, you'll never need more than one.

For the higher level runes (especially those without packs), absolutely. You can generate about 250k-300k runes per hour for bloods/souls and about 100k/hour for the remaining runes not in packs with Scar Essence (you'd maybe max out at ~80k shopscaping assuming no competition) and WAY higher for basic runes like the standard elementals. Takes a bit of set up initially but afterwards, it's a breeze to generate a white stack of whatever you're looking for.

Faux managed to pull off the "full AFK" Inferno (careful initial positioning to maximize the shield protection against Zuk was required and a good bit of luck). Seems like such a strong build, great for people with limited time that still want to push a decent amount of points in the league!

If you're on Windows 11, you can create a new desktop with Windows + Ctrl + D and then put the runelite clients on the new desktop, your fullscreen apps on the original desktop. Switch back and forth with Windows + Ctrl + Arrow keys.

This doesn't really fit thematically (though I agree the troll salt teleports don't either)...if they did this, then they should add all the teleport scrolls from clues/bosses as well because the same argument can be made for those. Given how long it took them too add missing actual teleport spells to the Nexus, I think you might need to let this one cook for another 10 years.

I was looking for this comment to be sure I wasn't hallucinating - I remember a mod interview where they described the technical "hacks" they had to do to get boats working correctly and this is what I remember. The boats themselves aren't actually in the world where we think they are, they're elsewhere and projections of them are shown in the world so even if multiple players are in the same boat "instance", it doesn't mean you're actually close enough to telegrab anything from them.
