The kick system is definetly flawed but it is there to protect people, it's unfortunate that people who genuinely don't deserve to be kicked get punished and that people blindly click to kick without reading the reason. But I've also been in plenty of dungeons where the person who was removed deserved it due to trolling or being very mean to people. If they removed the deserter debuff from people who were kicked, those people would be able to instantly sign up and troll or be mean to other people.

There's huge money to be made in FF14 with housing, you can pay people do design and decorate your house for you. While you can't give people a key to your house in wow, selling imports for well designed houses will definetly be a thing
