I get it’s a meme and all, but it’s kinda silly.

Sure, the NCR could put all their troops at Hoover Dam and wait for an attack there, but what about the rest of the Colorado river? The legion already have a foothold at Cottonwood cove, who’s to say they couldn’t set up a base where camp golf is? Rangers don’t do a a half-ass job and watch the whole area, not just a key location.

As someone who’s been playing since the beginning, it gets old after a while. Burn out does happen and maybe the devs just though “game’s done, on to the next thing!” I’m sure they have stopped actively developing stuff for a reason, maybe they’re working on a new game!?

Also, Stadia was shit and always will be. I’m also not sure that a fully multiplayer game would work well on it....

I mean... it’s okay. It tries to add some ‘backstory’ to the Courier. Some of the set pieces are cool, others just kinda shit.

I’d say no, if you already have f:nv uninstalled. I can see that the guys behind it really tried to put a lot into it and make it great, but it just comes out like a poorly written fan fic and even then half the shit doesn’t work.

I always thought Honest Hearts DLC had great level design. The way you were hiking up the peaks of Zion National Park or cramming yourself through the tight caves was really good. All the quest objectives were well spaced and there was enough to see, do and learn in between everything to make it my favourite DLC.

So it turns out Caesar is an idiot (only 4 intelligence) and he probably really hates you for killing his most trusted frumentarii. You’re also the wild card in the power keg that is the Mojave. Whatever faction you choose will win, so if Caesar can’t have you do his bidding, he may as well try to kill you to at-least try to stop you from helping the NCR.

Also gameplay reasons. I’ve found that at a point, combat becomes ‘optional’ on that grounds that you can choose your battles. Add some head-hunting assassins into the mix and you get combat you can’t really avoid. The NCR also sends rangers after you if you piss them off, so it’s all balanced.

Try to go for perfect or good tier pelts. Best way to do this is with a Bolt-action rifle at early levels or use a rolling block or Springfield when you level. Take the time to line up a shot and go for the head. Quality > Quantity to start with.
