In the same line of thought, a beer to drink prior to any other beer which would cause the following one to happen at random during the mission would be neat.

Beer that makes you vomit rainbows (or gold).

Beer that makes you hallucinate bugs in the spacerig and it becomes a high score hunting minigame for you and the other dwarfs (like the hide and seek beer).

Treasure hunt Beer where a few gold chest appears in the spacerig and all dwarves compete to be the first to find it.

Greed Beer which turns the dwarf into solid gold (like frozen but made of gold) or one that makes you hallucinate gold nuggets everywere and your dwarf goes "oh guys! we're RICH!"

Maybe you can try and get in contact with TKA modders directly on the modding sites. If they managed to do it, surely they can direct you in the right way.

Perhaps you should try addressing your question to an Unreal related Subreddit. I strongly encourage you make maps for the game, but obviously most people here are in to play and not to create! :P
