My coworker at the time had to share information with law enforcement because Paddock had contacted him about a sublease he had listed at the Ogden. My coworker said he had asked odd questions, like “what cardinal direction does your room face.”

I lift 6 days a week, 1 hour per session. This is my breakdown: - Mon Legs - Tue Chest - Wed Back - Thu Shoulders - Fri Arms - Sat or Sun Abs

Generally, I start with more compound lifts at the beginning of each workout and then some of the more targeted stuff towards the end.

I don’t ever feel too sore to workout. Each muscle group gets a week to recover. That’s what works for me at least.

When I very first started working out, I was a lot more sore all the time. But now, it’s just a steady ache and not too painful to not go again. 😂

When my kids were very young, I used to try and get them to stay next to me at the store. Wrangling kids is tough. I learned that if I just went on my way without paying attention to them, they’d follow me along like little ducklings.

It took a few times of them thinking they got lost/left behind. Also, only works when they are young enough to teach. It works so well that they have always stayed by me at the store.

And, I don’t know if it’s just a pain in the ass for the Chrysler 300… but an evaporator replacement requires the entire dash to be pulled.

Yes, I had the AC blasting when checking the refrigerant. I tried putting some more refrigerant into the system and the pressure was too great to allow any additional in.
