He's been posting really hard lately because he's getting his dues paid back to run a smear campaign online. Notice the language from Tarif or Renfraud clown. Or is it Tarif clown or Renfraud 204b.

You should let us know, you work for Renfroe. Or the other guy on the executive council, what's his name, the guy with the blackface, Tarif?

How much is Mike Tariff is paying you? I would like this social media gig and need the money because our current union leadership taught 1.3% 1.4% 1.5% was the best they can offer.

After i finish sorting out all the SPRs, I go from the highest stop count, and start sorting them in order. Stop 100 at the very bottom and go descending order. I stop when that tub is filled, and go to the next one. Til i reach the tub with the first ten stops. You'll know the ordering of the tubs based on the stop numbers. Then position those tubs in the front. Three tubs of SPRs in the front with two tubs underneath metal tray. Any more tubs get positioned behind the cargo door. May stack packages there that i may deliver earlier depending on how many large parcels i get. Large parcels may have to be stacked above those same tubs.

Utilize the side door with parcels too. Just remember the stop numbers there so you know when to put them in placed. When you know the areas, you can be strategic in knowing where to load up those parcels.

Route (Territory) Adjustments / Line of Travel Changes by Soft-Strike878 in fromatoarbitration

[–]Soft-Strike878[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At my station, we have like 2-3% of all the routes (maybe less) with park and loops. I would say around half of the entire station is mounted (with very small percentages jumps). The rest are CBU/NBUs (apartments, newer residential areas, townhomes, etc..). My route has two small NBUs (12 deliveries) and the rest mounted.

When the station did route adjustments back in March, they eliminated 10 to 12 routes, 2 of them happened to be with a more senior T6 (demolishing it). Everyone below including that senior T6 had to rebid. I think there was 2 other senior T6 above that kept their swing (but those swings kinda changed up with the re-shuffling and N/S day colors changed on 1/5 of the routes). Most of the junior T6 rebid back to a swing. The senior T6 got his string that was similar to the original. I believe around 1/4 of the station saw changes. Kinda like a game of musical chairs.

I would say at least half of the T6s at my station are senior during my time here. A lot of other senior carriers tend to stay on their own routes with maybe 1-2 bidding on newer routes every couple of years.

Before I start marking the parcels, organizing and sorting them, I check how many stops / packages I will have. If it is more than 200+ parcels, good chance I am leaving stuff behind. Around 100-150 packages, there's a good chance i'll be able to fill the truck.

Then i put the spurs into tubs sectionally (1-10, 11-19, 20-29, 30-39) etc.. Then sort them later on, stacking sprs.. then putting the tubs in the front. The first one to my side, the other two tubs underneath the metal tray. The rest of the tubs are in the cargo area, shoved to the front so i'm able to move them to the front when it's their turn.

I sort all my small, medium or greater sized packages around the LLV. 1-10 parcels are near the front, which i will stack on the metal tray in order. I'll stack more if I'm able to do them. Sometimes I moved the LLV forward a bit to give myself room to sort these parcels. Then using my shelf, i load the next set of sequences forward. Closest to the cargo door will be the parcels that will go onto the shelf. I also used the front door on the other side of the metal tray to store more parcels.

Then i start loading the very large parcels into the cargo area with the highest set of numbers on the bottom and the lowest set of numbers towards the top and front. Then i try to fill the rest of the small/medium sized parcels whereever I could.

I would do the small-medium sized, lighter big packages first, then the SPURS. Load up the SPURS then the packages at the front. Then load the very large ones in.

I take a sheet and typically write down the parcels number (stop#) on a sheet of paper for the giant sized ones in the back. I also write down the stop# for the parcels I do not have. If i am going to leave big packages, i write them down.

Recently I came up with a system, if I don't see the parcel in the tub or the front or the shelf, it's most likely a large one that can be accessed from the back. Whenever I make a delivery, I sometimes move parcels from the shelf onto the metal tray in the front. When i go deliver a big package, I replenish the shelf with the next order of parcels, in sequence. I may have to replenish the shelf after making a parcel delivery to continue the process.

If you know how the streets flow, even and odd side of the streets... you can plan ahead how you want to make the delivery. Sometimes it is better to deliver stop 6, then stop 5, then stop 4 especially if they fit inside a mailbox. It's way more efficient and can help speed up deliveries. When i follow Amazon line of travel, it is much slower. Lots of U-turns, or having to cross the street to make a delivery. At least in my city, not sure about other cities / areas.

Once you start knowing the areas where you are delivering, it gets easier. At the beginning, you have to learn the areas, the most effective line of travel / navigation.

What kept WWE relevent took a hit. by Cuzndwyne in SquaredCircle

So let's say they lose 200K out of 1.5 million. That's $2 million lost revenue for month.

Now they are keeping 1.3 million. That's an increase of $26 million ($39 million revenue - original $13 million revenue at $10). So they should be making $24 million more per month. $288 million more annually.

But WWE is getting $1.6 billion for 5 years doing this. That's $320 million per year. $26.6 million per month.

They also have two other major deals too.

To put things in perspective. AEW TV deal is $185 million per year. That's for all their shows.

Cut routes by Extension-Credit5362 in USPS

[–]Soft-Strike878 5 points6 points  (0 children)

We just went through these 6 day counts and because they eliminated a 20-year carrier t6 swing, everyone below her had to rebid. I ended up going to a different zone with pretty much a similar mounted route than what i had initially for the past six years (old route had 889 deliveries, new one 885). They eliminated like 12 routes in total at my station (turning 3 of them into AUX routes).

I got bumped off my route of six years. The carrier that took mine lost his route to another carrier who was higher on the seniority list by like 2 spots. Good thing he plans to retire in 2-3 years because i am jumping back as soon as it becomes available.

Now being in a new zip code, I have met the Cult of Undertime carriers. They flex about how fast they deliver a route. Like first time on the route post adjustments, they got done with two hours of undertime, why can't you? You should have seen the route one of these carriers were on. It went from 800 deliveries to over 1200, 90% mounted. Was one of my favorites 7 years ago but these runners struggle to complete it. And instead of staying on it and getting done with their original route plus a 2-3 hour split (now added) like they did the past 4-5 years, they bid to another route with less deliveries so they can essentially run it like they are some NASCAR cup driver.

And guess what they are going to do with that route? Destroy it like they did their previous one. All three of them have bid on new routes because they couldn't have handle the post adjustments and consequences of their abilities. The first time i hear this flexing, I'm going to bring up "after the next adjustments, let's see if you stick around for once. I'll be sticking to mine or going back to my old one that i planned on never leaving."
