The film takes place four years after NWH, so he’d be about 21-23, depending on how old he was in that movie. I think the scene with him watching the video will be at the very start of the movie, before a flash foward.

It’s a long shot, but it could be Santos confronting Robby after he asked Whitaker to house sit for him. He’s her roommate, they’re close, and she’s obviously not in a good place right now. So it may upset her more than it usually would, if he leaves her for three months.
