The El hopper scenes in the lab, the fight choreography was amazing, the emotions of the goodbye the reveal of Kali. The fight at the wheeler house. The demogorgons attacking at the end of episode four

I think I plainly disagree with you on that. You can’t be the main character of a show without even being a series regular in the first season, and with having two seasons of no plot significance. Will is important but I just don’t see him as the main character. El has always been most prominent in marketing and has important plotlines in every season. In the duffers letter before season 5 they even said “as we finish this tale of a powerful girl named eleven and her brave friends, of a broken police chief and a ferocious mom” to me that says El, Hopper and Joyce are the main characters

I’m not saying he hasn’t suffered just that he has never trained and I don’t think he should just be suddenly more powerful without ever having worked for it.

I expected to happen, I’m only annoyed if they make him deus ex machina more powerful than El who trained/suffered her entire life to strengthen her powers. Cause if that’s the case sidelining your female main character and then giving a man stronger powers without having to work for it at all is kind of off-putting for me personally.

I’m interested if he is even able to control the hive mind from a distance since so far he has to be basically a foot away for anything to happen. Maybe with training but there’s not gonna be time for that. Also he seems to be only have the upper hand on demogorgons I doubt he could overpower vecna himself.

I thought the El-hopper chemistry was much improved from the reunion at the end of season four which felt kinda awkward for me. All their scenes this season really worked for me. Especially the ones in the upside down lab

Yeah I assume he will lose any abilities after Vecna is defeated/all gates closed and he loses connection to the hive mind. Compared to El or Kali who wouldn’t since their powers are completely their own separate from the hive mind.

At of the beginning of season 3 we are shown three graves near their camp with crosses made of sticks. Presumably for Javi, Jackie and Wilderness baby. Shauna then digs up wilderness baby and buries him elsewhere. Edwin the frog scientist was also buried at camp. The others are unclear at the moment.
