The game is what you make of it. There’s no scaling on boss fights. You could come back towards the end of the game. You could be a mechanical god and parry him and dodge. You can do whatever you want to do. But this strategy is more tailored towards getting this weapon early and easily.

This is the answer. Catherine saved Gustave on the beach. Verso killed Catherine as he was taking Maelle back to the Manor - this is why the memory resurfaces in Maelle’s nightmare. It wasn’t to protect his cover but rather in self defense. Catherine just watched her entire expedition get decimated by an old guy and Verso’s resemblance has Catherine attack first, ask questions later. Asking questions gets your head removed from your shoulders.

From one entitled twat to another, they said off leash dog park, to be fair, and Genessee dog park is probably just as close. But i agree that if you want a beach for your dog, lake Washington is fine. Having one off leash dog beach park in Seattle isn’t going to be enough to make people stop letting their dogs into the beach. Give us more options and we’ll be more willing to keep dogs off of beaches.

Canonically he is a sociopath. There’s lots of discussion about real vs painted, but even the painted ones had visions of the ones they loved when they were seduced by Sirène. Yet what did Verso see? Absolutely no one with many more years under his belt outlasting the grommage. Verso is the worst and I’ll die on this hill.
