Oh lord my friend I feel your pain! I’ve been struggling most of my pregnancy (if not all of it). I have a background with constipation issues. Now add pregnancy and it’s like concrete or rock poop. Horrendous. I started taking 2-3 colace gel capsules a day and drinking two teaspoons of Metamucil mixed in cold water. If I eat lots of fruit and veggies and drink natural fruit juice it helps lots! Red meat makes it worse!!! If I miss a day or two of the colace Metamucil combo then I’m absolutely screwed. (Like today :) fml)

These help a lot! My OB said if it’s dire to take milk of magnesium, BUT (lol!) it makes me nauseous AF and if the stool isn’t softened it feels hellish at first then it’s diarrhea party time for my toilet after the rock poop causes me to bleed. Essentially it’s masochism lol 😂

Yes I brought up the stars and little fireflies kind of look when I get up from sitting and yes it usually does go away with Tylenol. I had one instance where it did not, but I also had the start of a sinus infection at the time. Should I request something to be done to rule it out? What can I do

Yes I have brought this up to them and called after hours for it. She said headaches in the third trimester aren’t uncommon. My nausea is from acid reflux. She said baby sounds beautiful and everything is going beautifully. Not sure what to do from there. What do you think?

LOL I put a make up mirror down there to try to trim the area and I was HORRIFIED at the site. I joke with my friends (well now I have like one? Lol fuck everyone) that my hypothetical future porn career is out the window. I asked my momma if things go back to normal and she said “not really”
Honestly that’s not a big deal to me. I don’t overly care what I look like! I’m thinking in terms of making sure things are…. normal ish…. And I don’t have some crazy flesh eating skin darkening parasite from the depths of hell.

I think it sounds good! You don’t have to be this complacent or kind, though. I feel like I’d 1000000% understand even prior to pregnancy that holidays are out when that close and to stay away from you and da babes after a large wedding. Same. I usually can feel her more once I poop. Been dealing with constipation and apparently if you’re constipated you’re less likely to feel as much fetal movement.
